This beautiful ‘Present Moment Stone’ meditation is fantastic for helping you to connect to your present moment, whatever that may be.
For this meditation, you will need a small stone that will fit comfortably into the palm of your hand. This stone will serve as your anchor point to the present moment in this meditation.
You can carry your ‘Present Moment Stone’ around with you in your pocket, bag or wallet and use it at any time to hold and to help you connect to your present moment.
If you don’t have your stone with you, you can use a coin, a key, a pen or anything that will help you to anchor into the present moment.

This ‘Acceptance and Awareness’ meditation helps to anchor you into your present moment by using the mantra ‘Here and Now’.
As you breathe in through your nose, you will say ‘Here’ to yourself, affirming to yourself that you don’t need to be anywhere else during this meditation. You are giving yourself full permission to come out of the thinking and doing mind and body and allowing yourself to rest into the being mind and body.
As you breathe out, you will say ‘Now’ to yourself, giving yourself the time to space in this moment to just accept whatever your experience is and to just allow whatever emotions, feelings, sensations that arise for you to surface. You will experience an awareness and acceptance of your present moment and your present experience without being judgemental towards yourself or your experience. You will rest into this practice of acceptance and awareness with comfort and ease.

This ‘Body Scan’ meditation is a very relaxing whole body cleansing, clearing and renewing experience.
During this meditation, every part of your body is scanned and renewed. The meditation brings awareness and acceptance to each part of your body (head, face, neck, back, tummy, legs, feet etc).
It’s a fantastic meditation for bringing awareness into each bodily part which helps to identify any problem areas. You can hold awareness for each bodily part as the scan moves throughout your whole physical body and again, just accepting with no judgement whatever arises in these body parts.
