Mindfulness Meditation is a mental training practice that involves
focusing your mind on your experiences (like your emotions, thoughts, and sensations) in the present moment.
Some people love to fully relax out on mats with blankets to fully enhance the healing element of these beautiful classes. Others prefer to remain in a seated position and really just focus on being fully present and fully connected to themselves and to the exact moment they are in.
