🌷 What’s Included?
🧘♀️ Yoga & Movement:
Fun, playful yoga sessions designed to enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. Children will enjoy themed yoga flows inspired by nature, animals, and springtime blossoms.
🌬️ Breathwork & Relaxation:
Interactive breathing techniques that help children regulate their emotions, build resilience, and feel calm and centered. Activities include “Blossom Breaths” and “Petal Breathing” for playful relaxation.
🪷 Mindfulness & Meditation:
Guided meditations and mindfulness practices that foster inner peace, creativity, and emotional awareness. Children will learn simple tools to calm their minds, connect with their senses, and feel present in the moment.
🎨 Creative Art Expression:
Art-based activities such as painting, drawing, crafting, storytelling, and nature art. Encouraging children to explore their creativity, express their emotions, and build confidence through artistic play.

Welcome to a transformative journey of self-discovery and well-being with Leona McDonnell, a dedicated therapist and holistic wellness practitioner. With a profound love for nature and a passion for guiding individuals toward holistic healing, Leona combines her expertise in mindfulness, meditation, clinical hypnotherapy, clinical psychotherapy, life coaching, yoga and Tera Mai Reiki II with the healing inspiration of the natural world.
Leona is a compassionate and skilled therapist with a private clinical practice, committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with grace and resilience. With a background in clinical psychotherapy, certification as an IMMA Internationally Accredited Mindfulness Rooted Ecotherapy Practitioner, an IMMA Internationally Accredited Creative Mindfulness for Children Practitioner, a 200hr Himalaya Yoga Valley Teacher (trained from the source of Yoga in India) and a Tera Mai Reiki II Practitioner, Leona brings a unique blend of Western psychology, Eastern holistic practices, and nature-based healing to her sessions.
Leona believes in a holistic approach to well-being, acknowledging the interconnectedness of mind, body, spirit, and nature. Her therapeutic sessions are grounded in empathy, respect, and a commitment to empowering individuals to unlock their full potential.
