Lucy enjoys spending time with her family, friends, her pets and playing outdoors in nature. She loves to use her senses to connect to the birds, plants, trees and her animals. Her brother Jack also likes to spend time outside as he races on his go-kart, splashes in muck and as he gets up to mischief!

Leona is an internationally accredited IMMA Creative Mindfulness for Children Practitioner, an IMMA Mindfulness Rooted Ecotherapy Practitioner, a Certified Rainbow Kids Yoga Teacher and a Certified Life Coach.
She specialises in working with children, teenagers and adults through her creative and nature-based methods in Irish primary schools, libraries, family resource centres, her workshops and in her private one-to-one clinic. She has a deep love and connection to everything that is nature and animals.
Leona is originally from Virginia, Co Cavan in Ireland and she now lives in Dromone, Oldcastle, Co Meath with her husband, her three children and her family pets!
