August’s Full Moon is in the sign of Aquarius, bringing with it a gentle reminder that it is a great time under this Full Moon to detach a little from your emotions as Aquarius is the most cool and calm sign of the zodiac!

Under this Aquarius Full Moon, allow yourself to feel all of your emotions and process them in as practical a way as possible.  It’s a great time to allow yourself to get involved in things without having to worry about being carried away by an emotional tidal wave!  As Mars, Saturn and Neptune are aligning under this Full Moon, dream big, choose and follow your dreams.  If you are on a spiritual path, be proactive – do more meditation, connect to yourself on a higher level, create your own spiritual practice. 

Take stock of yourself and how you are in your relationships.  If you have been clinging on to someone or something, now is a good opportunity to make a conscious decision to detach and become less clingy.
