I recently had a Reiki treatment with Leona – it was a fab session, very relaxing and insightful and I took lots from the session. I also loved listening to Leona and hearing her story of how she reconnected with herself, she is very inspiring. I would highly recommend Leona for any of the holistic treatments she offers, her Reiki healing is wonderful and her knowledge on essential oils is extensive.

Having unexplained back pain, I attended Leona for an Aroma Touch massage. My breath was altered and movement capability reduced. The treatment was so relaxing and healing. Leona was extremely welcoming, mindful and aware of what I needed. Within hours I had greater range of movement and reduced pain which has steadily continued to improve – And I’m a much happier soul! Thank you Leona. Will be back to visit for sure.

I attended Leona and had the aroma touch technique. I felt great after it, completely revitalized and energized. Its a lovely relaxing experience. Highly recommended

I went to Leona’s MINDFULNESS MEDITATION How to adapt your daily life to Mindfulness Meditation workshop on Sunday. It was such a lovely relaxing morning and Leona is such a beautiful person. It was held in Loughcrew Megalithic Centre which is the ideal location for peace and calm. Everyone enjoyed it and I am looking forward to the next one.

Leona very kindly rolled out Mindfulness days training at short notice for me.  She was a pleasure to deal with.  She is a very professional and capable facilitator, who made organising these events easy and uncomplicated.  It was a pleasure working with her.

Both myself and my 9 year old daughter have been with Leona on numerous occasions for reiki and she is amazing. Even without telling her the full story she can find the trouble spots. My daughter suffers with arthritis and Leona has helped her so much.

From the moment Leona answers the door to you , you feel calm. It’s like visiting a friends house. Her healing room would bring you so much tranquility by just sitting there.. at times it’s like a Counseling session without even knowing it.

With such success with her reiki, I have also attended her mindfulness classes and I have learnt so many coping tools for dealing with the pressure and stress of today’s world.. I have adopted her classes into my kids routine too , like the  daily appreciative thoughts and breathing methods..

Could not recommend Leona enough and neither could my daughter who loves her sessions as much as me and this is from a girl who is quiet shy..

Both of my boys (aged 5 & 8) attended Leona’s 6 week mindfulness for children in the Réaltóg centre and they both LOVED it, they really looked forward to the class each week. They were delighted when they found out Leona was then coming to their school to do a weekly mindfulness class with them also and they have learnt lots of calming techniques. I would highly recommend Leona, she has a lovely manner and a pleasure to chat to.

My husband and I asked Leona to teach our children tools to help with anxiety and stress. Since we live in Montana and Leona is in Ireland, we did weekly classes via Zoom. Leona has such a beautiful and caring way of teaching. The tools and breathing techniques were invaluable. We did the breathing exercises she taught us every night. It even helped me as a mom listening in to learn different concepts and tools to help my own stress and anxiety.

Leona is a perfect teacher for children! Her style is loving and kind, and she has a ton of knowledge. We have gained lifelong skills to handle difficult emotions and feel like we have made a lifelong friend as well! We highly recommend working with Leona!
