I am delighted to bring to you my 6 week Mindfulness and Meditation for Everyday Living programme. This course will be live via zoom every Wednesday evening from 8pm to 9pm starting on Wednesday 12th August and will conclude on Wednesday 16th September 2020!

I have designed this Mindfulness and Meditation for Everyday Living programme to teach you how to:

What will the Programme consist of?
Each week we will discuss different elements of Mindfulness and we will practice Meditation. Some of the elements we will be covering will be:
